Howdy Fellow Westerners living in the gorgeous federal riding of Banff-Airdrie.
I'm Tariq Elnaga - and I'm running to be the candidate for the Maverick Party in our riding.
I'm an engineer, a team roper and a small business owner with one foot in oil and gas and the other in agriculture and I live in Airdrie.
I chose the Maverick Party because it's exclusively from the West, for the West. As Erin O'Toole's CPC continues to pander to Eastern Canada and take our votes for granted, and the silence of the Western CPC MP's on standing up for Western issues, I've decided to stand up and do something about it.
You'll have a chance to learn about our platform and interact with fellow Mavericks and members of my team.
