Maverick Party announces new President and Vice President

Maverick Party is excited to welcome the following two gentleman to the Maverick Board.
Greg Hammond was appointed Maverick Board President last week bringing 28 years’ experience in oilfield wireline to the service of Western Canadians. From Pincher Creek Alberta he moved to Fort St John, BC starting and successfully operating a wireline company for 18 years. Greg has a long history of volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations and political involvement managing campaigns for the Honorable Jay Hill during his time in Federal Politics.
Also new to the Maverick Board as Vice President is Manitoba born Darren Vodden who also brings 25 years of oil/gas experience to the Maverick board and also a lifetime passion for western agriculture. Growing up in a small farming community he learned early the value of hard work which served him well in the patch after moving to Whitecourt AB. Darren got involved with the Maverick Party as an EDA charter member and continues to serve his community as a Director-at-Large. His understanding of the energy sector has helped shape Maverick’s energy policy and he continues to have strong involvement with policy and governance.
Party leader Colin Krieger heartedly welcomes these two gentlemen to the board. Their knowledge and commitment to Western Canada will be a great asset as the party moves forward.
