Also new to the Maverick Board as Vice President is Manitoba born Darren Vodden who also brings 25 years of oil/gas experience to the Maverick board and also a lifetime passion for western agriculture. Growing up in a small farming community he learned early the value of hard work which served him well in the patch after moving to Whitecourt AB.  Darren got involved with the Maverick Party as an EDA charter member and continues to serve his community as a Director-at-Large. His understanding of the energy sector has helped shape Maverick’s energy policy and he continues to have strong involvement with policy and governance.

Party leader Colin Krieger heartedly welcomes these two gentlemen to the board.  Their knowledge and commitment to Western Canada will be a great asset as the party moves forward.
