Social Conscience Issues

1. On issues including abortion, doctor-assisted suicide, and same-sex marriage, the Maverick Party and its MPs commit to not bringing forward party or private member's legislation on these public policies that reflect Canadians most deeply held personal values.
   
   
2. Maverick Party MPs will have a free-vote in parliament if legislation is brought forward on these issues by other Parties or their MPs.
